"Come to the edge," he said.
"No," they said. "We are afraid."
"Come to the edge," he said.
They came, he pushed them and they flew.

Today was Caiden's first day of kindergarten. Our little boy flew a little higher on his own this morning. I know he was nervous because he didn't say much all morning. But, he seemed to settle in when we got there. I, on the other hand, am wondering how I'm going to make it until pick up time to see how he did.
Getting to the school.
He found his seat and settled in.
A final hug from little brother.
Back in February 2007, a wise young lady (Thanks, Ms. Joby) emailed me a Bible verse that she thought fit Caiden perfectly...
"But Samuel, though he was only a boy, served the Lord. He wore a linen
garment like that of a priest." 1 Samuel 2:18
Lord, I pray that Caiden continues to be your helper, your servant and grows in your ways. Help us, as his parents, to guide him. Protect him Lord and may he serve you in a mighty way so that you can be glorified through his life. Amen.

And you've given him good roots. What more could he want for?
