Sugar Beets
For those of you who follow my blog and don't live in Michigan farm country, these are sugar beets. Its harvesting season right now just in time for holiday baking season.

I remember the smell from when we lived in Wyoming.
Wow! Now that's a beet. I had no idea. Can you just eat them or what do you usually do with them?
