Disney on Ice - Toy Story 3

Grammie & Papa gave us "Disney on Ice" tickets for Dawson's birthday. The big day finally arrived. It was an awesome show. Cole wasn't feeling well so he stayed home. The big boys loved it.

Visiting the Hayes Property

Our friends, Josh & Amy own some property on the Dickson/Cheatham County line. We went out there a few weekends ago to check it out. Very peaceful...beautiful country. The boys had fun too.

Flyday not Saturday

We had a "flyday" where we packed a picnic lunch and took all of our flying toys to a local park. We had a blast!


Dawson and Caiden flew their new chargeable airplanes.

...liftoff! We had 2 successful launches and one successful landing. Our hand-built rocket (by Dale and the boys) now resides in a nice Cedar tree at Hilltop-Rosenwald Park.

Rollin', Rollin', Rollin'

Our friend Mara had a birthday party at our local roller skating rink a few weeks ago. I hadn't been on skates in quite some time and my boys have never skated before. Caiden enjoyed it much more than Dawson but they both did pretty good. It was great exercise for me. I'd forgotten how much it is!
