Yesterday was the first day of mom's day out (a local preschool) for Caiden. But, yesterday also marked the start to his last year as a preschooler. Next fall, he'll be a kindergartner. Yikes! I'm already preparing myself for that moment. I'm not ready to have a child in school. Caiden can't be that old yet - wasn't he just a baby?

Oh, Heidi! Joseph had his first day of preschool yesterday. I'm a sentimental mess, too. Joseph was nervous, but he ended up having a great day. What a relief! He said, "Momma, I forgot to miss you!" I told him that's the way it should be. Sniff. Sniff.
